Termination

All DOAM works are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the Artist. No transfer of intellectual property rights is made through these T&Cs. Any reproduction, representation, use or modification, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, of any part of a creation, without the prior authorization of DOAM, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an offense of counterfeiting. Any order placed by the customer is for his personal use or for the personal use of the person for whom the order is placed. In this case, the customer guarantees the personal acceptance of these T&Cs by the recipient of the order.
All elements of the website www.doam.website: works, images, texts are protected by intellectual property copyright. Any reproduction, representation, use or modification, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, of all or part of a creation, without the prior authorization of DOAM, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an offense of counterfeiting.
The Artist doam retains all reproduction rights of his works on his communication and advertising documents (exhibitions, website, brochures, posters, flyers, etc.) and during commercial prospecting.
Applicable law
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the High Court of La Roche-sur-Yon shall have sole jurisdiction.
